Hot40 Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Members

By accessing or using the hot40 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between hot40 and its members. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to stop using the platform.

Hot40 reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail. However, the Bengali translation is kept up to date for the convenience of members in Bangladesh.

To open an account on hot40, you must meet the following conditions. These apply equally to all members — no exceptions.

• You must be at least 18 years old. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are found, all accounts will be suspended.
• You must provide your real name, mobile number, date of birth, and address at registration. Providing false information will result in account suspension.
• Hot40 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or driving licence.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to open an account on hot40.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. hot40 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access.

General Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is 100 BDT. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact our support team.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Payments from third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Hot40 reserves the right to hold any suspicious transaction and investigate it if necessary.
• Hot40 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

Hot40 is committed to paying out winnings to members securely and on time. The following rules must be observed to keep the withdrawal process fair and transparent.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account verification level.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–24 hours. Priority processing is available for VIP members.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. If you wish to withdraw via a different method, KYC verification is mandatory.
• Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting the specified wagering requirements. Requesting a withdrawal before these conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• In cases of suspicious activity, hot40 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
• Large withdrawals may be held if valid KYC documents are not submitted.

Hot40 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. The following terms apply to ensure fair use of every bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of 500 BDT is required to claim this bonus. The maximum bonus amount is up to 5,000 BDT.

Wagering Requirements

• To withdraw your welcome bonus, you must wager the bonus amount at least 8 times.
• The wagering deadline is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Certain betting markets may not count toward wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.80 to count toward wagering requirements.

General Bonus Rules

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited. If detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
• Hot40 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses are intended for members who genuinely enjoy betting. Bonus arbitrage and any form of abuse are strictly prohibited.
• Cashback and free bet promotions have their own separate terms, which are listed alongside each offer.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing bets on hot40. These rules apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and virtual sports.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless hot40 itself voids the bet.
• Hot40 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error. In such cases, the deposited amount will be fully refunded.
• Match results will be determined in accordance with the announcement of the official governing body of the relevant sport.
• Hot40 is not responsible for disconnections or device issues that occur during live betting.
• In an accumulator (parlay) bet, if one event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the bet will be settled on the remaining legs.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the bet will generally be voided and the stake returned. Specific event rules may vary.
• Maximum bet limits are set by hot40 and may vary across different events and markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hot40 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus arbitrage — attempting to generate risk-free profit by using bonuses across multiple accounts or platforms.
• Odds arbitrage — exploiting odds differences across platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the hot40 platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automated methods to place bets.
• Attempting to hack hot40's systems or gain unauthorized access to its servers.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other members.

Hot40 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Accounts are typically closed under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of participation in prohibited activities is found.
• If registration using false or incomplete information is proven.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.
• As directed by a court order or regulatory authority.

For inactive accounts with no transactions for 12 months, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance. This fee will no longer apply once the account is reactivated.

Hot40 believes betting should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial hardship. That is why responsible gaming is our highest priority.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You can use the self-exclusion feature to temporarily close your account for a set period.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, contact our support team immediately.
• Parents are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing the platform.
• Betting should never be considered a source of income. Do not bet beyond your means.

Hot40 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification in a timely manner.

Dispute Resolution Process

• For any disputes or complaints, please email us at support@hot40.bet in the first instance.
• Hot40 will review all complaints within 7 business days.
• If the issue remains unresolved, mediation through a neutral third party is available.
• In the event of a legal dispute, the regulations of hot40's licensing authority will apply.
